San Carlos, Mexico - Climate

San Carlos enjoys a mild climate with an average daily temperature ranging between 62° to 90° Fahrenheit.  The water temperature of the Sea of Cortez ranges between the mid 60’s in the winter to a bath-water like high 80’s during the summer.  With very few days lacking sunshine, the annual rainfall in San Carlos is less than nine inches per year.  The annual average relative humidity is 74% during the morning hours and 42% in the afternoon.  The humidity is lowest during the warm, dry months of April through June and highest during autumn (August – October).  The average wind speed ranges from a 10 mph during October through December to 12 mph the remainder of the year.  The tables below provide average annual weather data.
