History
McShane Construct-All Enterprises is owned by
brothers Dan and Tim McShane, who started the home remodeling and building
business in 1993. The company's first development came in 2001 in Cuyahoga
Falls with the 14-home development called Bailey Cove Development. Since
then, the company has grown based on referrals from satisfied customers.Dan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Kent State University and Tim graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing management from The University of Akron. Both McShane brothers are graduates of Walsh Jesuit High School and grew up in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
Growing up with a father who was an electrician, both brothers got into the business during college to earn extra money. Tim worked as a painting contractor while Dan worked as a general contractor. Dan has more than 25 years of experience in the remodeling and home building industry, while Tim brings 10 years of experience to the company. Tim manages the Construct-All Enterprises office complex, while Dan handles all of the company's efforts in remodeling and general contracting for both commercial and residential properties.
Customer satisfaction is important to the McShane brothers, who try to distance themselves from the competition by calling their clients back in a timely manner, respecting scheduled appointments and doing the work correct the first time.
